So So tiredzzzzz ... and yes went to true yoga for a free session of hot yoga .. and boy is it strenous .. i was not really flexible enuff for the instructor to push me to the poses that was being taught .. cin on the other hand was pushed and at tht pt of time when i saw how the instructor forced cin body dwn, i was shocked and refused to budge any further .. Still body was aching as they are all stretching exercise .
And also met with a sales personnal whom should get "the worst sales pitch" award. My goodness i got even perform much better than he does with my fake sincerity .. Sighzz i shouldnt be mean, and also got to knw my physical is of an athletic, which my heart is even stronger than a normal person tht is to say it is at the optimum. Unfortunately, my body fat content is too high .. so hve to buck up on it. well both mi and cin was too distracted by the cute trainer from true yoga that we were tempted by his words .. jolly heheheh
Anyway never knew i got have such gd news ... hehehe and to tink i used to be an lazy ass ( still is )
