Anyway, the recent cases about blogging ... makes mi wonder should i admit i am an Singaporean or not .... no no not tht i am disloyal nor am i not grateful for the country who i grew up in .. but tht freedom they gave us is almost suffocating ...
Not being able to write whatever we wan, and vent it out by words , not meaning to do actual harm but juz a channel to express our emotions .. and yet it has been restricted again and again ... In the beginning, it is moral rights on posting pictures u might be proud of ... later it becomes religion based or racial based .. and now even we cant even gossip about the school that we are not happy abt ... And come on, how old are these students only ? They are young, and they are merely using words to replace their actions on being rebellious .. issit better that way ? Or the school rather wan the students to put them in action and not by words ...
From the past, Singapore always has this unknown law that we are governed by the government and hence the laws, restrictions and fines ... Okay we get the whole pt, tht is for us to behave ... But bloggin .. bloggin is a oni a channel .. a channel to jote down ur unknown thots, to free your mind so u can let it go and not be binded by the issue ... juz like a diary .. and yet now the act of writing an diary entry can land u into jail, that is getting way too ridiculous ...
Haizzz, pls singapore .. dun do tht .. dun b tht petty and trust us people for the freedom u been denying of us .. freedom comes with responsibilities , and i believe we are responsible enuff to take up the freedom ...
